You might pay $15 to $50 an hour in the U.S. or as low as $5 to $15 an hour in the Philippines. Why the difference? It often comes down to living costs, but rest assured, many international VAs are highly skilled.
  2. Skill Level & Expertise: Not all VAs are created equal. Basic administrative tasks like scheduling or inbox management might cost less, but if you need a VA skilled in social media management, graphic design, or even customer service, you’ll pay more. You’re looking at $25 to $75 an hour for specialized roles.
  3. Part-time vs. Full-time: Hiring a full-time VA can sometimes get you better rates, with full-time VAs ranging between $1,000 and $2,500 a month depending on their location and skills. Part-time or project-based VAs tend to charge hourly rates, which could range from $10 to $50 an hour.
