Struggling to hit your goals? Here’s the exact method that makes success inevitable!

Do you have goals that have been bouncing around in your head, or secretly written in your journal, or on your vision board for way too long? While it may seem like at this point, they may be impossible, I can promise you they are not!

I had what I thought was an impossible dream back in 2010, to be able to grow my million-dollar business while working part time!

This seemed impossible because at the time my million-dollar business required me to work 80+ hour weeks (or so I thought…)

Until I figured out the method goal achievers use to crush all their goals with ease!

And now I am sharing it with you!

Because I know firsthand what it feels like to be working more than you ever imagined, I know what it’s like to go to bed nightly exhausted but not feel accomplished, and I sure as heck know what it feels like to have those secret thoughts about closing, quitting or selling because you never imagined this is what was required to be “successful”.

So, you are not alone!

And it’s not just me who has experienced those feelings… every single day I speak with a woman small business owner who is saying the same thing!

So, what’s the answer when all you seem to see on social media is these women who have it all together?

They have figured out the secret to growing their business and living their life.

It all comes down to this one system I call The Achieve-It-ALL Method!

This is where we reverse engineer your goals for no-brainer success!

Let me share an example of why this works…

Last week I shared with you how I implemented Pareto’s Principle into my business and created a 40% increase in revenue! (if you missed it, read it here)

But before being able to make that shift in my business, I needed a baseline on where to start, which I got from my franchisor!

When I purchased my franchise, they advised me that if I wanted my office to be successful, I needed to visit 40 referral sources EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK.

My franchisor knew that for a new office to succeed, making those 40 visits weekly was key to building momentum for growth that would lead to a profitable office.

So here is how they figured that out:

40 Visits = 25 Service Inquiries = 8 Care Consults = 7 New Clients = $1M Revenue = 6-Figure Owner Salary

They simply reverse engineered the goal they knew all new owners would want to achieve (6-figure salary)!

While this example is specific to my franchise, the same concept applies to ANY goal in ANY business. The key is knowing your numbers and working backward to daily actions!

Here are the 3 simple steps to The Achieve-It-ALL Method using the example above:

1. State the goal you want to achieve (6-Figure Owner Salary)
2. Determine what steps are needed to achieve it (25 Service Inquiries = 8 Care Consults = 7 New Clients = $1M Revenue)
3. Figure out what the daily tasks are that need to be completed (40 Visits)

Now you can use this same method to reverse engineer all your goals too!
