How to Build a 6-Figure Business WITHOUT the Hustle

Follow These 4 Simple Steps to Make 6 Figures!

Is hitting 6 figures in business revenue your next big goal? There is something about six figures that just screams, I did it, right? Well, I am here to cheer you on AND give you the steps needed to make it happen sooner rather than later!

Achieving $100,000 in gross sales is a BIG deal in business!  It’s a milestone that many entrepreneurs strive to achieve! But the statistics of who achieves this milestone are shocking…According to the Kauffman Foundation, only 6% of all entrepreneurs ever achieve 6 figure business success, only 2% ever achieve 7 figure success and more than 50% of all business owners never exceed $25,000 each year.

Do not let those numbers scare you!  If 6% can do it, so can YOU!  The secret is you MUST have a plan!

And today that is exactly what I am sharing with you!

Okay let’s start with the elephant in the room…Why do you want to hit 6-figures?  Is it because everyone else is doing it? Is it because you are super close right now and want to go to that next level? Is it because 6-Figures equals success in your mind?

Success in life and business is not all about the hustle, a lot of it, okay most of it is about your mindset!  And when your mindset is not in the right place, you will struggle to achieve most goals!

So, Step 1 is to get to the root of why you want to achieve 6-Figures.  If it’s not a deep why inside of you that will drive you to run for that goal, you may need to adjust. It’s not that you can’t, because I don’t like being told I can’t about anything, it’s more about whether you have the drive and motivation to make it happen!  So, dig deep inside your soul to figure out why you want that number!

Next, we need to look at the numbers!  Saying you achieved 6-Figures is great for marketing and your ego but if your expenses were just as high as your revenue, then what was the whole point? Step 2 is reviewing your numbers and figuring out how to become more profitable on your way to 6-Figures and beyond! Once you know what products and services are making you the most profit, focus your business model on producing more of those!

Step 3 is doing what makes you money daily!  Sounds simple enough, but if you want to hit 6-Figures, make a large profit, and do it without the hustle, then you need to focus in on your income producing activities.  What 3 things done daily will move you closer and closer to your goal?  And how can you do those first thing every single day?  When you focus on what makes you money, you will start seeing your results faster and then that momentum will keep your motivation high to keep going!

And finally Step 4 may be the hardest by giving yourself grace!  It’s great to set revenue goals around calendar years but achieving 6-figures is not something you want to do once, then crash and burn!  You want to establish a solid foundation in your business as you are building, so your business is set for the long term!  So, if it takes longer than expected, don’t get discouraged!  A business built on a solid foundation of systems, processes, and automation is one that will become a legacy.  A legacy that will generate 6-Figures when the time is right, no matter when that is.  And a legacy business will not only bring you a profitable bottom line, but it will also bring you a well-balanced lifestyle and more fulfillment than you can even imagine!  So, build your business for long term success, not just a quick 6-Figure hit and done!
