Can you even believe we have been reading together for 10 weeks?
Summer is wrapping up and the temps are starting to cool down, but you can still grab a book and read by the beach or pool!
Our final book is Oola for Women and I LOVED it! If you have not grabbed it yet, get it today! I listened to it on Audible and used the Free 30 Days sign up!
While it is narrated, there are also 42 stories by women, just like you and me, included in the book!
Some will shock you, some will make you cry, and some will get you motivated on your journey! Regardless, they all made an impact on me!
I always say, you never know what someone has going on behind closed doors, so give them a break! This life we are on is a true journey and for some, it is truly challenging!
It was wonderful to hear some stories from women I know or have admired for awhile, I felt like the last 4 years of my business came full circle in this book! To hear them share such vulnerable stories, was inspiring!
If you are at a point in your life, where you need to feel not so alone on your journey, give this book a read, because I am sure there will be a few stories that resonate with you!

Find Balance in an Unbalanced World!
Balance - What exactly does that all mean? Why is everyone everyday seeming to strive for it, but struggle to make it happen?
The world has changed so much over the past 10-20 years! There is social media, more things on TV, and more stuff going on in your everyday life!
Sometimes you feel so compelled to not have FOMO that you just keep saying YES! Or maybe you don't want to let others down, so you say YES! Or maybe you just want it all, so you say YES!
Regardless it pushes us to do more with the same amount of time, we have had since birth! (There is still only 24 hours in a day!)
So attaining balance is something we say we want, but do not take the daily steps to achieve!
Using the Oola Companion App (that comes when you are a Member, reply to this email with BALANCE to learn more) I realized very quickly, that if you are not doing 3 things daily to move you toward your goals, then what is the point of even having them!
For instance, after this pandemic and now in my 40's, I wanted to get back in shape and be the healthiest I could! So I set a goal in January to exercise 6 out 7 days/week!
I knew I was missing days here and there but did not realize how many until I had to hit the complete button on that daily goal!
Mic Drop Moment!
Now I am achieving my goal weekly, because I want to SMASH that complete button in the app! It makes me feel so good! (I even started a 30 day yoga challenge while on vacation!)
So if you are like me, and always striving for more balance, I want you to look at your goals and see what you are doing daily to move towards them and then look at what "fluffy stuff" you said YES to that might be holding you back from crushing them!
Remember NO is a complete sentence!
